Terms of Service

By using Paper or adding it to a server, you agree to these terms and to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Using Paper

• Don't use Paper to break Discord's rules or the law, to harass people, or to spam.
• Don't try to break, overload or exploit Paper, or get Premium without paying for it.
• Server staff are responsible for how they use the moderation tools, chat logs and anything Paper posts for them.

Gacha items

Characters, karuda, rolls, badges and other in-bot items have no real-world value. They can't be sold or traded for money, and they may be rebalanced or reset.

Premium

• Premium is sold per server (Premium, Plus or Lifetime) or per player (Player Premium) through Stripe, at the prices shown when you buy.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Premium lasts until the end of the period already paid for.
• "Lifetime" means for as long as Paper keeps running.
• Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including refunds when something is faulty or not as described.

Availability

Paper is provided as it is. It aims to stay up and accurate, but it can go down, change or lose data. As far as the law allows, the developer isn't liable for indirect losses from using it.

Ending things

You can remove Paper from a server or stop using it at any time. Access can be removed from anyone who breaks these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
